PNGFA ELECTIVE CONGRESS:
INCUMBENT PNGFA President John Kapi Natto was elected unopposed for another four-year term (2024-2028).
He heads a new-look PNGFA Executive Committee which include two former PNG international, now president in their respective associations, Samuel Kini (Mt Hagen) and Otto Kusunan (Wau).
Kini was also elected Vice President Highlands replacing late Francis Ank while Otto Kusunan takes over Jackson Varcili’s place in the executive committee board.
The full PNGFA executive includes Mr John Kapi Natto (President), Morea Vavine (VP – Southern), Siefried Becshel (Vice President – Northern), Kini (VP – Highlands), Maha Waname (VP – NGI). Other committee members; Kusunan (Northern), Baks Sure (Highlands) Tony Omal (NGI) Joshua Kaiankim (Southern) and Cathy Agunam (Women Rep).
He welcomes the new members of the PNGFA Executive Committee saying that there are a lot of work to do despite the challenges.
Kapi Natto thanked the outgoing executive committees namely Justin Helele (Bougainville), Jackson Varcili (Northern), Jack Changau (Manus), Dianne Uran (Simbu) for their past contribution towards football in the past four years.
