Statutes
The PNGFA Statutes and the regulations governing their application represent the “constitution” of PNGFA . These documents provide the basic laws for Papua New Guinea Football including guidelines for competitions, transfers, doping issues and various other concerns.
PNGFA makes a concerted effort to fight racism or discrimination of any kind, promotes friendly relations between everyone involved in the game and obliges them to observe the Statutes, regulations and principles of fair play.
Changes to the PNGFA Statutes can be made by the PNGFA Congress and require a three-quarter majority of the Member Associations present and eligible to vote.
